Installation of underfloor heating system
a layer of insulating foam, 125 mm thick, is laid over the concrete base floor
fixing panels are then applied to cover the layer of insulating foam
a system of specialised pipes is then fixed securely into the panels
cross-sectional views of the above systems in place, the installation being completed by coverage with a flowing screed on which the final floor coverings will eventually be laidThis is a Velta Tecto 2 system. Velta systems are installed worldwide, recent examples being Bangkok and Hamburg International Airports
