Presentation of Floral Fantasy to the Cedar Ward


The colourful wall quilt 'Floral Fantasy' being presented by Dr Alison Waterworth to Lilian Fleetham, Manager of the Cedar Ward.

The proceeds of £141 from the Coffee Morning with Cake and Card Stalls will help to brighten the courtyard of the Cedar Ward sited in the Briary Wing of Harrogate District Hospital, which admits patients with acute mental health problems.

The quilt was made by ‘Stitching Together’ - a group of enthusiastic stitchers who gather together for workshops at CCCC to learn the basic techniques of patchwork and quilting.
